Luxury Beachfront Vacation Condo Rental - Panama City Beach, Florida

Panama City Beach is one of America's finest white sand beaches. Our new-in-2005, fully furnished beachfront 12th floor condo at Emerald Isle has 2 big bedrooms, a 51 inch flat screen TV and queen fold-out sofa in the living room area, complete kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, etc., dining area, and the largest beach- and gulf-view balcony on the beach ... 10' x 27' (270 sq. ft.!) with table, chairs and loungers.
The condo is an end unit (15% larger than an interior unit). Both bedrooms have wall-mounted TV's. All TV's also are equipped with DVD and VHS players. Both bedrooms have their own large bathrooms (tub & shower) and walk-in closets.
Enjoy gulf views from the kitchen, dining area, living room area, master bedroom and bathroom. The gulf and beach views from the balcony are a full 180 degrees. Dolphins swim by and put on acrobatic shows on a regular basis.
The sunsets are phenomenal ... as are the stars. You're going to love this place!!

The Emerald Isle Condos are situated on the quiet western end of Panama City Beach (17545 Front Beach Road) ... yet is close to restaurants, shopping, great golf, fishing and much more. The property is directly on the beach and features: Beachside outdoor pool with waterfall, heated indoor/outdoor pool, huge 18-person beachside hot tub/spa, beachside grilling area between the pools, fitness room with elevated beach/gulf views, steam room, sauna, covered parking.

Last summer (2007) we rented out every week and every renter left rave reviews in our guestbook.
